We deliver to France and all countries of the European Union.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders of €15 or more.
- €2.99 for orders under €15.
These rates are the same in France and throughout the European Union. The exact amount is shown before you confirm your order.
Delivery times
Our products are shipped directly from our partners' warehouses. Your order is passed on to them within 1 business day. Estimated delivery times from the date of your order are:
- Cat trees: 3 to 10 business days
- Toys, bowls, fountains and scratchers: 5 to 15 business days
If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel until it is delivered.
Customs duties
No customs duties or additional fees will be charged on delivery: everything is included in the price paid on our website.
Damaged or lost parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or is not delivered within the stated time, contact us at titouanprocommerce@gmail.com with your order number (and photos in case of damage). We will find a solution quickly.
