Refund policy

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
– Let us know at titouanprocommerce@gmail.com with your order number.
– Send the product back complete and in its original condition no later than 14 days after informing us. Return costs are your responsibility.
– We refund you within 14 days, including the initial delivery costs, using the same payment method.
– Defective or damaged product: replacement or refund, at no cost to you.
