14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return a product, without having to give a reason.
How do I return an item?
- Contact us at titouanprocommerce@gmail.com with your order number and the product(s) concerned. You can also use the withdrawal form in our terms and conditions of sale.
- Send the product back to the following address: Confort Félin – Titouan Clément, 40 Rue Louis Caron, 76400 Fécamp, France.
- The product must be complete, in its original condition and, if possible, in its packaging, and sent no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refund
We refund the full amount paid, including the initial delivery costs (based on the standard delivery method), within 14 days of your request. The refund may be withheld until we receive the returned product or until you provide proof of dispatch. It is made using the same payment method as the original order.
Defective or damaged product
If a product arrives damaged, incomplete or defective, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. In this case there is no cost to you: we will offer a replacement or a refund, in accordance with the two-year legal guarantee of conformity.
