Article 1 – Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale govern sales concluded on the Confort Félin website between Titouan Clément (hereinafter “the Seller”) and any natural person acting as a consumer (hereinafter “the Customer”). Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered are cat accessories (toys, cat trees, scratchers, bowls and fountains). Their essential characteristics are shown on each product page. Photographs are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding: slight differences in colour may exist. Offers are valid while stocks last.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.
Article 4 – Ordering
The Customer selects products, confirms the cart, enters their contact details and delivery address, then proceeds to payment. The order is final once payment has been received. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the Customer.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online, securely, using the methods offered at checkout. Bank details are processed by secure payment providers and are never stored by the Seller.
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are delivered in France and in the countries of the European Union, to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping page. The Customer is invited to check the condition of the parcel on receipt and to report any damage to the Seller as soon as possible.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. To do so, the Customer simply sends the Seller an unambiguous statement (by email to titouanprocommerce@gmail.com) or the withdrawal form in the appendix.
The product must be returned complete and in its original condition no later than 14 days after communicating the decision to withdraw. Return costs are borne by the Customer. The Seller refunds all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs (based on the standard delivery method), within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal; the refund may be withheld until the product has been received back or proof of its dispatch has been provided. Article 8 – Legal guarantees
The Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for two years from delivery of the product, and from the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of a defect, the Customer may request repair or replacement of the product, or failing that a refund, by contacting the Seller.
Article 9 – Liability
Products must be used in accordance with their intended purpose and the instructions provided, in particular for the assembly and fixing of cat trees. Toys should be used under the supervision of their owner. The Seller cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use or incorrect assembly.

The data collected is necessary to process orders. How it is used is described in our privacy policy.

Article 12 – Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. A consumer Customer residing in another Member State of the European Union retains the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. These terms are a translation of the French original; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version shall prevail.
